Layar Problems..

Hi all,
After watching some impressive videos on the Layar website I decided to give it a go.
I've just installed it on my HTC Desire but it looks quite odd.
Not only is the camera rotated 90 degrees anti-clockwise, but it also seems to be a bit zoomed/distorted somehow..
Has anyone else experienced this?
I've looked through all the settings but only change the distance units from Kilometers to Miles, and change if I want to Auto hide the controls in reality view...

It also seems to be unable to find my current location, even though maps has pinpointed me perfectly in my London office..

Any help with this would be great as tis app has the potential to be mind blowingly good!

I haven't had any of those problems, but I find the built in layer nearly useless. The data is several years out of date. It sees a McDonalds that closed 3 or 4 years ago. Any app is only as good as it's data, and this one is pretty useless.
