The Le Pan 9.7 Tablet does not come on, even though it has not been used and it is plugged for power.
 
Good morning

My issue is that the device suddenly is no longer being recognized by the PC when plugged in with the cord. I guess the cord is not defective since it still works to charge the device. The device has been plugged on 2 different PC's with the same error result "Device Unknown". The device was formatted yet it's still not being recognized by any PC?

My Le Pan itself works fine but has been on the basic company default settings and OS since I can't plug it on a PC.
