Lurker
Hey,
Hoping someone can help. For the first week of using my new Galaxy 7 edge, it quickly learned all of the words I wanted it to, even email addresses so I only had type in the first part. Now it has all gone, it only remembers a word during a conversation but within thirty seconds it has forgotten it again. Now no email addresses are stored, and I have to key everything in letter by letter.
Can anyone help?
