Hello,
I found this on Google, I hope that this is what you mean :
1. Open any app that brings up the keyboard.
2. Enter the first letters of the word you'd like to remove.
3. When the suggested word appears, hold your finger on the word. A "Remove" button will appear. Tap this to remove it.
4. You will be asked if you are sure, tap OK.
