Help LED indicator and apps that requires flash on JB

The LED light flashes when you've got a missed call or message but I sometimes miss it at a glance because it blinks way too slow. Is there a setting or app to change that?

Also in JB roms a couple apps I'm using doesn't work due to flash incompatibility. I know ways to get around this in the browsers but what about apps?

Best app I ever purchased. You can select different colours for different notifications. Red (Missed call), Blue (Facebook), Green email etc etc

It also lets you select flash speeds to resolve your issue.
