Help led indicator light

Lurker
I'm having trouble changing the color of my Galaxy S3 indicator light. I've downloaded a few apps but the phone can't properly match up the colors. for example, I'll try to select blue as my text notification color but the phone always shows red. I'm only able to get the phone to produce red yellow pink and white during testing, and the light is never the color I select. any ideas?

thanks

i would recommend "light flow" app. it was having problems in the beginning (different colors would show up instead of the assigned colors). now they have fixed it.

not sure if you are from the US / Canada area, but if so, there is an option within the app that you need to check off for US/Can users so the colors match up right.

Actually, the latest update to the N American S3's done on 25 Aug (before the dev headed off on holiday) screwed the app up again. If you can find version 3.0.5 apk of Lightflow, it is the only one that works for US and likely Canadian users. Dev hasn't updated his blog in weeks, so don't know if he plans to keep supporting it?

I used Light Flow previously on a RAZR Maxx with no issues (I thought). On my GS3, it's a horrible battery drain. With Light Flow from 8-5, about 20-30% remaining battery. Without Light Flow during the same time period, closer to 80% remaining.

I almost spent money on light flow. So glad I didn't, heard the battery drain is terrible and vacation or not it's been way to long without a fix for a paying customer.
