Help LED Indicator Stays on When Charging. Help.

The LED indicator stays on solid red when the Note 4 is charging. I can't find a setting anywhere to not have the LED show that it is charging. On the NOTE 3 there was an option to turn the charging indicator light off . Am I missing the setting somewhere? Help anyone?

I have the Verizon version if that makes a difference.

Yes,but,it looks like an all-or-nothing as far as LED notifications when the display is off:

Go to SETTINGS > DISPLAY > LED INDICATOR & uncheck the box.

All notification/status changes/voice recording indications which use the LED will be disabled when unchecked.

I have just got my new note 4, and I am having the same issue, seems it's built in to 4.4.4 update, I have the S5 also and I have the option to turn of the LED light when charging, this is very annoying as it lights up my room.
