LED Light Won't Stop Flashing!!!

Hey guys! I hope someone can help me with this because I can't find a clear answer anywhere. Basically, my notifcation light will go off all the time when I have no new notifications. It's so annoying because I never know when I should really check my phone now! Here is a post I put under the Apps category, but it doesn't seem to be getting any responses so I hope it clears thing up a little.... "I hope this hasn't been asked before... I've seen very similar questions, but none exactly like mine. I installed Light Flow Lite to control LED notifications. It used to much battery so I uninstalled it. Since then, my LED light will start blinking about once every ten minutes, but when I check the phone, there is no notification. It just blinks for no reason. This may or may not be associated with Light Flow. I just assume it is becuase the color it blinks is one that I used in that app. I also use the app SMS Pop Up which uses that same color as well. Any suggestions on which app caused it? Really I just want to make it stop because I end up checking my phone a million times a day when I see the light and 95% of the time there is nothing new. "

Please Please Help!!!!

I'm guessing that something has corrupt the device... Uninstall all the applications that you have installed prior to this happening. If that doesn't fix the problem, then you might have to do a clean sweep of the device (factory reset).

Did you force stop and clear data before you uninstalled it? Had the same problem only mine happened with lite flow still installed. If possible always do the stop and clear before you uninstall, read online that if you don't some of the app is left on your phone.

Might be a dumb question, but could re-installing it THEN doing the force stop and clear data before uninstalling help?

To the other response, I have considered doing a factory reset but I'm REALLY trying not to... Ive done so much customization on it! It's going to be my last resort. When I get the Jelly Bean update, could that help it?
