hi there i have a m99 4s and after loading .update my camera will not open and the message (process com.mediatek.camera)has unexpecedly stopped please try again also my auto rotate does not work any ideas anyone please pretty please cold hard cash regards leedelon 72

I would recommend performing a factory reset. Many times this will clear up the issues with any phone. If it is a function of the update, you will have to contact the manufacturer or your carrier depending where the update came from.

Unfortunately, like most phones from China, this model doesn't have a lot of support.
