Root Leedroid Tweaks on stock ROM

Well, I installed them on JMZ's stock Odexed ROM, and now SystemUI is failing and stuff. How do I fix this?
 
That's what I was thinking, but it doesn't say anything about that on the xda thread, and I believe Harmonia is Deodexed, so I don't know
