Legend in Europe: Question and recommendation

Greetings!!

I have an Legend from Bell and its unlocked...Hurray for me

I will be in the Netherlands for about a month this June; pay-as-you-go seems to be the best option; which carrier would you guys recommend, and are there any settings that need to be changed?

well it's a quad band phone, so I don't think settings need to be changed. I'd recommend Vodafone (Netherlands) or KPN Abonnementen - gsm toestellen - Sim Only & informatie - Vodafone.nl Welkom bij KPN respectively.
I would not recommend T-Mobile because of some issues they've been having with their network (too many people on it basically)
