how can I make voice calls using sim card with my Lenovo tab A2107, please let me know if any app for this.

Have you tried Google Voice? That would work as an Internet phone.

HERE is a tutorial on how to set it up (but the beginning is pretty wordy--you might want to skip through until he gets started with doing it.)

That should work as a phone(a large phone). What happens when you insert your SIM and try and dial a number?
