Every couple of seconds there comes an irritating pop up showing signs of a microphone and volume, with a beep sound. How to stop this. Please help.

What are you actually doing when it appears. What's that "Duke men's synthetic jacket" about, is that a shopping app? Does it only appear when that app is running. When the microphone and the beep happens, what happens if you say something to it?

In your image it's a speaker icon, and looks very much like the volume popup that appears when you adjust volume with the buttons on the side.
Not accidentally touching the volume buttons are you, or an ill-fitting case could be doing it.

This is what I was referring to on my Oppo, when holding the home button for 3 seconds. it's a voice assist type thing, similar to Google Now, Apple Siri, Microsoft Cortana, etc. This is Oppo's own thing here and it only understands Mandarin.

I was asking it about Peking duck.

Since it is difficult to capture the image, I've sent an already existing screenshot taken by chance.
This pop up comes without any activity and It comes all the time.

Have you got a case on the phone, possibly it's pressing on the side buttons on the phone, like volume. If it is in a case, try it without the case for a while, see if it still happens.

I removed the case and put again. Now no message. But let me see.
By the way I observed that whenever sim toolkit push messages pop up, this warning comes.
