Do not extract the file, just put it in the SD and restart, and press the power with + volume and go to the SD option and you should see the file.
The Lenovo P70 is a great dual sim smart Adroid phone. The only mistake the company made, in my view, is that it is NOT a world phone. P70 is only dual band (GSM 900/1800) and will not work, for example, in North America. I bought a Lenovo P650WG dual sim last year and it was a world phone. I also know that Lenovo A60 is a world phone. Consequently, I assumed the P70 is also a world phone when I bought one last week in China, only found out it did not work when I came to N. America. WHAT A SHAME !!!

It's a cocked Rom but like the Original, Send me your E-mail I'll Send you the Original Rom which they sent me from the Seller and the Cocked Rom.
The Cocked Rom is better signal and google with Andrid Market will work fine.

I used This Cooked Rom and it solved all the problems. This the Link:

Press on the white Square below the photo. ( first one from the right)
Google + Android Market + signal and most of the problems will be solved.
Make sure you flow this:
Put the zip file in the SD and reboot your phone and press the power with the volume+ and go to the 2nd option (SD) the choose the file press the home bottom twice when finish go to the last option and press home twice will turn off then start it, done.
