I tried to install stock ROM via QFIL but it says "no port available" when i try to connect phone via USB. i have USB driver installed. but it is not detecting the phone and after switch off the phone i tried it to connect to the PC and screen is on infinite boot loop maybe that is why its not recognizing it . i have stock recovery installed. it there any solution?

it would help us to know what happened. how did your device get this way? was it randomly? were you trying to do something and this happened? is the phone rooted? or was this a random event?

i was installing some stock ROM then i don't know what went wrong and this happened its on infinite boot loop i tried installing stock with QFIL but nothing. about the root i think the phone is rooted but i am not sure. anything you can suggest?

stock roms are very device specific. if it is the wrong one for your device, something like you are experiencing can happen.

just curious why were you installing a stock rom? where did get the file? can you post a link? and QFIL is not usually how you update or flash a firmware update (stock rom).

i was downgrading the android version there was many bugs in current one which i was using.
