Hi Everyone, I'm not very good at technical stuff on phones and laptop so need your help -
I have a Samsung Galaxy Ace approx 12 months old have just started taking photographs only to find I can't load them onto my laptop to email to friends. I have downloaded Kies but still cant make it happen. It would appear that in my computer there should be a j drive? when i plug the USB cable in it comes up as F and asks for a disc. So have spent 2 hours trying to do this to no avail. I would appreciate some help if you can.
