Let's Discuss Google+

That's unfortunately. Means I may have to look to Windows Phone or iOS (once Apple launches a bigger screened iPhone), cause Google+ is taking over Android/Google Accounts the way Facebook Home takes over Android phones. These devices and Google services are becoming more and more inaccessible/dysfunctional to people who don't want another Social profile the longer I use Android devices.

I was looking forward to it dying a quick and happy death. Ugh...

Now I have to start spending hours in the Verizon stores trying other devices, again...

I found it was a data hog very recently. Thursday I think it was, carrier sent me a text message warning me about a higher than average wireless data consumption for the previous 24 hours. When I checked what it was, it was the G+ app had gone through 80MB. Don't know what happened, I never changed anything, think it might have been updated. I've now removed it, don't want that happening again especially as I'm not on an unlimited data plan. From now on I'll just do G+ in the browser, usually on WiFi.
 
I can never decide if I'm more humored or offended by G+ suggestions as to "this might interest you". They keep suggesting that Duck Dynasty is something I might like. Really? I finally searched what this was and OMG. Phoney, hairy, homophobic, wealthy rednecks is what they'd torture me with if I was in Gitmo. That and the Kardashians. Wow. LOL

Don't think I've ever had Duck Dynasty. I've had Peking Duck quite a few times, which is very nice and not hairy or homophobic.
