If someone could build a flashable kernel I'd say check out the def configs I didn't see the proximity sensor highlighted I would build it but I'm having an issue building anything on my machine

Disabled stock camera, google camera is working great. Thanks dude, anyway to get these fixes implemented into one zip with the ROM in the future?

Are you flashing CM11?! If so you have to do an advanced wipe, and wipe everything except your sd card. Sometimes it's the file that gets corrupted while downloading. Redownload it if my suggestion doesn't work.

I downloaded it. Put all the zip on your storage. Go to wipe in trwp select Advanced wipe everything but your storage install ROM then gapps then both fixes. I would maybe down off WiFi to make sure you don't get a bad download

Before you go any further: Make sure you did a full backup of your system to your internal storage before you wipe your data. I would recommend getting an SD Card in the future just to make life easier because backups will take up memory on your phone and slow it down.
If you haven't done so already... try redownloading the CM11 on a computer and plug your phone into your computer via usb. Then place the zip file somewhere on your internal storage of your phone(I would put it on the root of the internal storage so you can find it immediately). Reboot the phone into recovery and install it and the gapps (4.4.4). If the file is not corrupted then it should say it's "successful". Reboot system and wait till it get to the CM logo it may take up to 5 minutes so you have to patient with it. Then once it boots up, you will go through the setup up process. Once it's complete you can go back to the recovery and install the zip file that fixed the camera. Afterwards, reboot and download the "Google Camera" from the play store to be used as your default camera app and your done! The Rom will have some minor bugs with the lack of proximity sensor and a lockscreen lag but other than that it's pretty much stable.

Idk if any of you seen the app I put to install recoveries well anyways the cm superuser I had to disable and install chainfire's SuperSU for my app to work properly. It seems that this ROM isn't rooted properly. Well real easy to fix download SuperSU for the play store update the binary and then in the superuser under settings disable root

Link to my app if you're interested
