Looooong night at work. Second day working there, and I get to run the broiler on a Friday night during a sale on New York strips.....
Oh yeah, that's why I left foodservice to begin with! At least it's work, though.

No, but I will. I have a lot of hours next week, I'll probably be eating there on break, posting when I can. Some jobs you can leave a tab open on a browser or use Tapatalk during quiet moments, but not so much with a kitchen! :banghead:
