Not as fast as x86 dual core with ddr3 ram .ARM is quite limited imo .you will need to install ubuntu-arm and use arm compiler .That itself will take a huge chunk of resources . plus swap will be needed ..(atleast 4 GB) . Can be done but not fast ..
