Yeah quitting and coming back generally doesn't happen well...I can think of at least one other banned quitter

I really don't get the quitting thing. Why? It doesn't cost anything or do any harm. My account was essentially dormant for 18 months. I just didn't lurk anonymously. I never considered quitting.

I think it is usually for attention...even more so when you make a thread saying "goodbye AF i quit hope you are happy [specific person]"

I think it depends on what the ban is for and how many points you got for infractions

He could have had multiple accounts that is a ban right there
