pretty well. there were some slight differences but nothing that took away from the storyline. the actors that were chosen for the characters was pretty good...especially having read the entire series i can now see them playing the rest of the parts! i wasnt too keen on peeta actor (having only seen his red carpet photos) but they made him blonde in the movie and its made a huge difference (as a female having to stare look at him during the movie)
