Yeah can never be sure on here going by user names...well one last attempt to get this ZTE rooted...figured I could make my 2000th post a good one but:banghead::banghead::mad:

Have tried blade methods to no avail..bootloader isn't locked..grrrr..has recovery and bootloader already..spoiled with this LG (but no pain no gain);)

The blade is very similar..thing is that ZTE has there own recovery(power vol up) that's how I got it reset from too many attempted pattern locks..th phone was used for mebe two weeks..chick locked it out..sold it and bought another. DOH..LOL..took me 15 mins to unlock it:cool::thumbup:

that would be the stock recovery and every android phone has it... Someone said they found a way to flash a custom recovery... So wait is there a custom recovery for it or not?

Not for this ZTE model..phone has only been out mebe 2 months tops..trailblazin ya know;)

what about the ZTE Score for Cricket? would that custom recovery work? All you need is to get a custom recovery then you can just flash the superuser .zip... Too bad just pushing the .apk doesn't work... actually... :eek: it might! you should download the Superuser flashable .zip then pull the .apk from it chmod 777 it, then adb push /system/app and reboot
