I presume ,it's the case with many guys . I let them install ClockworkMod from ROM manager ,then I pointt them to the tutorial and then I explain them the importance of glass bricks

I don't see the point in him wanting to change his bootloader...seems like he is asking for a brick...the bootloader is kinda important for starting the phone and all...think he has been checking MD5sums before flashing everything?

Not really .
All GB ROMs require another Bootloader .All Froyo require another ,South american another ,canadian another ....
He has changed to GB (odin is pretty simple 5 bootloader files take 15 seconds )
