As long as the banned member keeps active someone is banned every month

I changed File system back to ext4 .It got rid of the touch screen lag

ext2 is fastest(No journalling) ,ext3 basically sucks ,ext4 is balanced but I remove the journal ling anyway since I dont mind the random app crash
