Yes Another starts off as a mystery and still leaves you asking questions after it is over...why didn't she tell everyone who the extra was to begin with...
 
ana's betrayal was vague ,hanzo was vague , It was a rushed job .2 seasons were needed .since 5 fights in 20 minutes is not a good idea
 
Yeah they could have introduced the 10 in 18 episodes and did the rest in 7 or 8 episodes it would have provided much more substance. If they have a second season now it is going to have the same BS 10 episodes of leading up and 2-3 episodes of "OMG Isanami is going dark help Saizo...."
 
I could see where they were trying to set up for one but if the people who get to make that decision paid any attention to the show then it shouldn't happen
 
ana did/didn't come back...there is going to be war...is Jinpachi gonna betray the 10 as well...all set up for a season 2 IMO
 
I still think the Ana and Jinpachi thing could be too...he "welcomed" her back but made some comment about how she is now free to make her own decisions...plus he joined the 10 because it was something to do...he was a pirate because he wanted freedom...doesn't make sense for him to be under some leader...eh too many shallow character that could be deeper Benmaru for example
