he was my instructor. told me to do something i didnt agree with. did it my way, turned out fine, he got angry with me, i unplugged from position and returned 10 minutes later. he never recommened me for qualification on that position so i had to leave ATC. no other instructor had an issue or problem with me either. he was an old fart and set in his ways.
quals vack = qualifications back (typed on phone)
