Just did a little Google research...

Seriously, why in the heck did Sprint add the menu option if you cannot use it with an unlimited data plan....

Well at least in my research, I at least found that I cannot mistakenly turn it on. From what read, if I do happen to accidently hit it, it will not work unless I call in and add the plan
