you should be able to drag it from a window to another window if you can't activate another tab by hovering with an image.

We have ID cards to get into the parking lot, get in the building, get into the office area, get out of the office area...we are a "secure" facility...our computers are outdated and requires multiple passwords...

Really stupid things happen when I drink wine...and I have no clue what happens when I drink liquor...only what people tell me...so I try to stick with beer...
