yea no kidding....the generic on is a yellow letter with @ on it and simply labeled "email" 2.3.4

I don't think I have a reason to check personal email...work email is pushed to my phone...just checked have 786 unread messages in my gmail...

No it isn't new...you can also set things to happen if you swipe up on the icon...long press the icon for the option to set that.

mine does too. maybe thats what has been wrong...it wasnt on IMO and thats why i was getting lag. i ran 5.0.3 (i think) when i has SHIFTAOSP and never really had an issue...or maybe it was liquid....i cant keep track anymore
