your really hating on samsung now huh... But I understand where that hatred comes from...

And I'm going to have to replace all the themed stuff I have on my phone into the newest OTA update once it has been deodexed and rooted and all that jazz...
 
I had a working device .why do they have to brick the download modes and not the ramdump mode . Too convenient for my belief .
 
Yeah .almost the price of a new piece . and its not just me ,many others have received the same treatment .
That was underhanded move by samsung to say the least .I could get it fixed cheaper at some other place but my IMEI is at stake so ,it is better bricked than cloned .
 
That sucks... and yea better to not get your IMEI cloned... I have heard mixed things about Samsung some bad and some good...
 
Yeah .Those who never visited Samsung C(rap)are i.e ..

Pros:
Unlocked Bootloader
Easy to root
Very difficult to total brick
Awesome Screen
Nice Hardware

Cons :
Some phones are replaced with cheaper materials like screens (there is proof 200 in 4000 phones have cheap screens )
Samsung Care
IMEI can disappear at random (That the most ridiculous thing ever . No other phone behaves like this .Yeah even the GS2 has that problem)
 
Yea Sony Ericsson have come up with some pretty good phones lately too. And I haven't heard any major complaints about them.
 
So the cops were in the parking lot at work. I didn't notice them since I wasn't looking for them and had headphones in...I drove by them and they yelled at me to stop...they were on foot...I didn't seeing as I couldn't hear them...got pulled for being "suspicious" :rolleyes: and they offered to arrest me for evading arrest or some BS like that...I wasn't the person they were looking for and have no active warrants apparently :D...they asked why I was out so late and in the area...I work pretty close to a bunch of bars and a university so it isn't a bad area...I told them leaving work going home BS...they had me take off my helmet so they could see my eyes make sure I wasn't drunk...got to leave...Oh and they wouldn't tell me what was going on with the helicopters :mad:...but now I have beer and life is good :D...There was a possibility I could have an active warrant thanks to my wife and false police reports...but that is a whole different rant...
