Go look at the ''testing'' thread in the lounge and you'll see people kiss the site owner's hiney up until I mention that everyone is kissing up to him. i think if you're a guide or a mod, you don't have to say anything too terribly clever to get a thank you...

you'd be surprised... I help someone out and the person agreeing with me gets more thanks then me... :eek:

^ Yeah it's weird. I remember a few posts in particular where I gave advice, and a more renown member gave the advice nearly quoting me, and they get the thanks. Whatever. I mean, it is only an online forum.

I get pissed in irl forums when I don't get thanked :p (can someone plz put a boxing icon up for me) my thanks on that last page doesn't count as spam does it?
