maybe if you set it up before and just meet them there... but if you just go into the parking lot and make a sign or something and someone who works there sees you, you will get kicked off.

I think it would be determined at a store level. The walmart I am thinking of has had plenty of things being sold/given away in the parking lot...not to mention they are part of a strip mall and rent the space so they may not be able to tell someone to leave the part of the lot I had in mind...doesn't matter regardless as my sister wants to keep the puppies...

Maybe that is true... Idk the Walmart I work at isn't part of a strip mall and they are pretty strict about advertising stuff for sale and panhandlers and such...

I would think if it isn't part of a strip mall the store would have more say so about the lot. The one I am thinking of I've seen a yard sale in their lot before so trying to give away dogs in the back of the lot wouldn't be an issue IMO...

yea I don't even know how it all works though, cuz technically Walmart doesn't even own the parking lot... It is owned by the state (at least here). So I'm not sure how it all works out.

They probably rent the land for the store too...every retail place I worked at did that way if they need to change locations or close they don't have as much investment to lose

i hate trying to explain technical jargon to my boss....he's trying to tell me that a TV's model number is 1080p because thats what the govt site is telling him it is, and thats what is on the packing slip (along with 60mhz and the real model number)

I would actually like to hear her story if she decided to do something really odd at him..."so I was trying to explain it to him and he wasn't getting it, so I licked his forehead and then he..."
