ROMs LG Access

Just bought this phone from Straighttalk. I have a really long bus commute and want to use the time to be productive. I'm trying to learn Python through some free classes.

Can I install Cyanogen on the LG Access? I don't see it listed on their site. If not, is there another custom ROM? I don't have the option to enable tethering in system settings. Thanks

I looked through xda but couldn't find anything. Did a Google search and came up empty. Should have done my research before I bought this el cheapo phone! lol

Even tried to back up my phone with Titanium back up and ROM Manager/TWRP/ClockworkMod Recovery but from what I can tell they don't support my phone. I just rooted my phone for fun it seems.

I also own the LG Access and unfortunately there is ZERO development for this phone which really sucks because it is actually a really good phone and it would be awesome to be able to flash Cyanogen onto it. The only thing I have been able to do so far is Root it...
