LG Ally

I need a LG Ally for development.

I dont want to pay alot, I prefer one with a bad ESN as I do not need network services for my testing.

Phone needs to power on and boot to Verizon Logo or better, not concerned with physical damage or battery condition.

Hey just a thought, check ebay they have a ton of phones with bad esn's.
