I have a LG andriod phone it keeps saying andriod process failed makes me click OK then pops right back up saying same thing not allowing me to use phone in any other way

Any ideas what happened before this started? What LG phone is it? Is it rooted? Any apps recently been installed? Does it not say which process has failed?
