[Justin Plain]

I was given a lg l70 as323.
The problem is it wont make or receive calls also the wifi and bluetooth stay stuck at "turning on"
However the mobile data and sms still work

Factory reset

I tried resetting it a few times it didn't help and has only gotten worse. It now thinks there is a Bluetooth headset connected and no longer outputs sound

WiFi and Bluetooth both still say turning on

Try restoring it to full stock via lgflashtool and kdz
