Well I have a couple problems, the first is whenever I power off the phone and restart it the date is reset to Jan. 6, 1980 and in addition my wifi is completely disabled. the only thing that fixes this is resetting to factory defaults. I thought that I could change the time and date in the settings and maybe fix the issues however the the only options available is "Use 24-hour format" and "Select date format" the other options are missing completely, I am not sure what to do at this point, a friend of mine gave me the phone which was fully fictional while I was at his house but once I got home I am out of service range, but I figured I could still use wifi on it without a problem.
