Help LG Axis - Receiving Texts Issue

I am not able to receive text messages on my LG Axis. It says insufficient storage! I deleted all my messages shut down the phone, restarted it and I still get the messages. Any ideas?

Also I do not have the option to put my applications on the SD card! How can I do that?

You might want to reset your phone settings as the last resort.

1. Press the Menu Button from the Home screen and select Settings;
2. Go to Privacy, then Factory Data Reset;
3. Select Reset Phone and then Erase Everything.

If your phone does not have the option to install apps on the SD card, you can find an app from Google Play to help moving apps from phone to SD card, there are a lot of free apps available.
