Root LG Esteem Apps safe to remove

Okay, so it doesn't appear there is a forum for this, so I will start one.

Do any of you guys know what apps are safe to remove? I am assuming that all the metro apps can be removed completely, and will save some battery life. i am not wanting to add a custom rom to it yet as I literally just got it 12 hours ago and want to try it out stock first, but I would like to remove the metro junk from it if possible.
 
Thanks for the find! I manually went through 4 pages in the 'All things root' and didn't find it, and I didn't see it stickied so I figured there wasn't one yet.
 
Just FYI the sticky at the top of the All Things Root has/will have all the links to all the guides/roms/themes/etc. such as the list of apps safe to remove ;):)


Also gonna move you over to the All Things Root section since this is root related ;);)

and it's user friendly and takes you directly to the pagesonce you click on what your looking for.
