Hey guy and gals, new here and this is my first post.

My girlfiend has an LG Esteem phone but doesn't know how to install apps on it.

How does that work, is there an application likeitunes from Apple?

thanks for any help

R.

Your phone needs a connection to the internet, whether mobile or internet. Then on the phone, open the Play Store app. That's Google's app market. Or, you can go to market.android.com, and install from there. Note that the phone needs to be signed in to Google before it can download apps.
