every time my phone comes on it goes to the clockworkmod recovery screen and wont let me reset or anything please help i even factory reset and it still doesnt do anything

how can i put it on my phone or card when i plug the phone to the computer it wont let me access it sd card

Pull out the battery and the SD card-put the SD card into a reader and put that into your CPU and copy that file to it.
Then when you reboot your phone you can select it.
