LG Exceed wireless charging

[Android Question]

I have the LG Exceed and just received the Lugulake wireless charger for it. It doesn't work. Is the charger not compatible with my phone? My phone is supposed to have Qi charging capability built in. Am I doing something wrong?

If your LG phone have QI charger receive, it can work well. Maybe your operation is wrong. You can contact their support to solve this problem.
