Help LG F6 So useless

All,

I have an LG F6 from Metro and even with "towelroot" installed, something is missing from the Droid OS, which dis-allows the movement of any app or any app data storage to the SD card.

I constantly get "Storage space is running out" error messages because the phone memory is over 98% even after a clean with 360 Security and the SD card in only 2%, from when I had it formerly in a Samsung phone, not anything from this LG F6.

I need to learn what is missing so I can actually start moving things off main memory onto the SD, but all previous efforts have failed.

My SD card is 16GB and the first thing I want to move is all the pix from the camera, cause I can't even move that.
