Help LG FLASH TOOL

Im trying to reinstall android on my lg 70 and when i try with LG flash tool it shows S/W Upgrade in progress and phone stuck at LG screen

You must put phone in download mode, vol- insert usb connector in pc

on lg flash tool it said it will auto go in to this mod but it didnt and i tried going manualy into download mod it didnt say downloading frimware, only said download mode hold volume button up until see download screen i held it but nothing happaned

In My devices download mode writes fasboot
