Help Lg G Vista not booting

I turned on ART mode in my developer settings and ever since then every time i try to boot my phone up it just says:
Android is upgrading...
Starting apps.

I have no idea how to fix it. I have looked everywhere but can't find a solution for my situation.

My Lg G Vista is running android 4.4.2 and is not rooted.

How long did you wait while seeing those messages?

If you have a lot of apps, it could take a while (10-15 minutes perhaps)...

Yeah, that's plenty (to say the least)...

I don't own an LG Vista so there might be other options for you--a factory reset might be suggested next, but I think I'd wait on others to chime in just in case.

I have no idea what happened but i plugged it into my computer, i pressed the on button and booted up just fine...
