Help Lg G2 D802

I have Lg G2 D802, I have rooted using King root app and then after sometime, unrooted from the same. Now when I am trying to update the firmware with the 5.0.2 OTA update that is officially visible when i am searching for updates in the software update in the phone, It's getting stopped in somewhere middle many times. What can i do know? Is this because i have rooted in the past? is there any way to see if there are still any root files left in the phone? Please provide an answer.

If you flashed back to stock with this firmware:

Then you should be completely stock(no root at all).
Maybe your sim card is preventing you from completing the OTA download.
Happen to me,When I didn't remove sim card before I flashed back to stock the first time.
So I got a new sim card and got the updates no problem.

I have successfully installed OTA update without flashing to stock ROM, just succeeded on the ROM which I had by unrooting with kingo root app. Now can i be sure that i am back to official stock ROM with no root?
