I am facing the same problem. I google prior to upgrade but nothing found. Now I saw a lot of peoples share the problem. Anyway, my issue is, when I am typing my IMEI at http://lg-phone-firmware.com/, I found its D802, is that OK or its possible that its D800?
Does someone like to advise what to do now???

Faizan rasool can you help me, i have lg g2 d802 facing the same problem. I removed the back cover, it was written d801/d803. I flashed it with tot method using d801.tot but it is giving me an error saying "wrong dll" although i had installed the correct dll file... The touch still is not working
