LG G2 for $325?

Hey guys. I just wanna ask if an ORIGINAL LG G2 could be bought at this price range. I'm from the Philippines, and in one online store it cost about P14,400, or $325. I asked them why their phones were this cheap (cost P29,000 or $650 in other stores), and they said that it's because they're imported (they didn't tell me from where).

I read about a week or so ago on Androidandme.com had an article about someone on Ebay selling this phone for around $200 and ship world wide. It is the D800 GSM version, if I remember correctly.

Just had a glance at that device on Tiger Direct (which I gathered was a reputable site; never bought from there so, not sure) for about just under 4 bills.
Or Amazon for just under 5 bills.
