Help lg g2 problem

[Lg g2 turns off by itself]

I've been using a lg g2 for almost a year now. Few months ago, i cracked my screen, but it was still usable. There was no other problems. However, starting about a week ago, my phone started to turn off by itself even if there is a lot of battery. Then, when i turn it on, it would say no battery or almost no battery. Is it a battery problem? Or something else?

Have you tried a factory reset?,I would start there.Then if it continues to shu down on it own ,Then it could/might be a hardware issue.
